Germs
This week we continued to explore our germs and bacteria wall. We observed all of the changes that are happening to our bread experiment. We also got to take a closer look at body parts from insects using our microscope. The children really enjoyed learning how to use the microscope, “It’s so tricky to look through the hole with one eye.”
Kian and Elizabeth’s Birthday
We also celebrated Kian and Elizabeth’s 5th birthday! We enjoyed muffins while Carmela read us a fun story projected through her phone.
See you later Charlie
This was Charlie’s last week of school at Buckle My Shoe before her big move to the Netherlands. The children made “see you later” cards for Charlie, decorated a fun t-shirt with their handprints and names, and celebrated Rainbow day as per Charlie’s request. It was a really fun week. We are going to miss Charlie very much.
