During morning meeting, classroom 2B met our puppet friend, Wally! Wally is a polar bear who loves to be fed fish, but will only take the fish unless his friends tell him the color of the fish he is being fed. The children were very engaged during this activity and demonstrated strong color recognition. Wally will be integrated into our morning meeting from time to time. He also helps our friends practice numbers and letters as well.

Our friends enjoyed outlining the letter A and B with yogurt caps. Also our friends were very engaged in a puzzle color matching game as well.  This allows them to exercise their focus, problem solving and letter recognition.

** Our friends had a practice fire drill and We are very proud of how well they listened to their teachers. :-)
