Thank you so much to everyone who came and helped out during our trip to Eataly this morning. It was really wonderful to see the kids explore, taste, and try their hand at pasta making. I have some videos and some photos of the morning to share. Have a lovely evening!
We tasted: Tubby cheese, which is aged in a cave in Brooklyn, NY! We had a sweet focaccia bread with sugar and butter. And we had vanilla and strawberry gelato. And that's before we got to have two different pastas- buccatini with tomato sauce and basil, and a spinach and ricotta ravioli with a lemon butter and pistachio sauce.
